Artist's Hour is a monthly educational series in which guest speakers involve artists and art-lovers in discussions on a variety of subjects. Recent Artist's Hour topics have included “There's No Business Like Show Business,” “Love and the Pre-Raphaelites,” “Getting a Piece of the Pie: Grantwriting for Artists,” and “Photographing your Art for Juried Shows.” These Artist's Hours have resulted in increased communication among artists and between artists and patrons. These brief art forums (1 hour each) will inspire you to grow professionally and rise to new levels in your understanding and application of your own medium.
Artist Hour is now held at The Temple of Israel on 400 Spring Road in Greenville. The first meeting at The Temple of Israel is on November 27. The meeting will be held in the Adult Lounge.
Admission to Artist's Hour is free, although donations are welcome.
